Playa Norte on Isla Mujeres (14) and Akumal (21) have been included in the Trip Advisor Travelers’ Choice 2013 World’s Top 25 Beaches. The beaches of the Mexican Caribbean also feature in the 2013 listing for Top Beaches in Mexico with the following rankings: Playa Norte (1), Akumal (2), Playa Delfines in Cancun (7), Paradise Beach, Cozumel (9).
In 2012 our beautiful beaches dominated the same poll: Tulum (1), Cancún (2), Playa del Carmen (3), Akumal (6), Cozumel (7), Puerto Aventuras (8), Puerto Morelos (10) In the Trip Advisor Travelers ‘ Choice World’s 25 Best Beach Destinations for 2012, Tulum came in at No. 3, Cancún at No. 7 and Playa del Carmen at No. 12.
