The latest fitness equipment and exercise machines for your daily vacation workout. The gym is open daily 24 hours to guests over the age of 16. A personal trainer is available in the mornings.

Kids Club

A fun-filled spot for the little ones. With the games, sports and activities the Kids Club team have in store for them they won’t want to leave! One registered guest in each villa must be at least 25 years old, have a major credit card, and be willing to accept responsibility for the actions of all room occupants.

Pets or any other kind of animal are not permitted at Grand Residences Riviera Cancun. However, certified service dogs (ADA or ADI registered) are welcome with at least five days prior notice for the resort and on presentation of current official certification, a clean bill of health veterinary certificate and signing a liability letter.
By law, smoking and vaping are prohibited in villas and rooms, on terraces and on resort premises. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas. Ask at the Front Desk for locations.

Please note that for guest’s stays crossing a Saturday night, a room move might be required. If this is the case, our management team will assist our guests in order to make this an uneventful process.
A credit card or a cash deposit must be provided at check-in, to cover any additional charges during the stay.
Please note that you will be asked to present the same credit card used to process your reservation and a valid government-issued photo identification during check in;
VISITAX: International visitors are charged a State Government Tax known as VISITAX of around $224 pesos per person over the age of 15. You may pay it online before your trip, during your stay or at the Airport prior to departure.
Environmental Tax: A municipal environmental tax (non- negotiable) known as the “Green Tax” is charged to all hotel and resort guests in Puerto Morelos. The amount charged depends on the type of room: Junior Suite, Deluxe One-bedroom Suite, Two-bedroom Master Suite and Three-bedroom Villa. The tax is in Mexican pesos per room per night payable at the front desk at the time of check-in and is registered on your stay bill.
Additional charges apply for Spa and beauty salon treatments, travel agency, car rental, gift shop, Wedding and Event coordination, medical services and all other services not included in the All-in Grand all-inclusive package.
