Cayo Largo is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the Terrace Bar is a popular spot for cocktails.

Paco's Tacos

The upper deck at Cayo Largo is home to Paco's Tacos, our casual and colorful Tex-Mex restaurant. Satisfy your cravings for a crispy hard shell Tex-Mex taco, a burrito, chimichanga or your favorite fajitas. Of course, we also serve a variety of traditional Mexican tacos with soft corn and flour tortillas, guacamole and spicy salsas!
