Dear Royal Resorts Member:

You can apply for additional Membership cards, request Exchanges and many other services. You can also inquire about your club service fee or loan balance as well as submitting your villa to the rental program. An online change of address form is also provided.

If you would like to rent additional time or units at your home resort or at any other resort owned or managed by the Royal Resorts Group, remember that members of all our resorts are eligible for a 20% discount on rentals. When you click reserve from the different resort pages in the public interface of this site, you will be asked to enter a membership number. This will prompt our staff to apply the 20% discount. Should you prefer to call Royal Club Vacations for reservations, be sure to let them know that you are a member.

Online services are handled by Interval Servicing Co. LLC.

We would like to remind members that we no longer take personal checks at the clubs for settlement of club bills due to the high commissions charged by Mexican banks, nor are we able to accept American Express. Members may settle their accounts using a credit card (Visa and Master Card), cash or travelers checks.
